With the advancement of technology and development of society,the means of information technology which is represented by the Internet has become an indispensable part of everyone's life.For the market,retail industry most closely combined with the Internet.Retail enterprises under the Internet environment represented by a series of online malls such as S Mall,Taobao,and Jingdong have greatly changed the environment of market competition and the lives of residents.The traditional retail model is unable to adapt the current Internet and mobile Internet era.Mobile payment is replacing traditional payment methods.The shopping style which combined with on-line and off-line has become the mainstream shopping habits.And then,in the Internet environment,how traditional retail companies can accomplish from traditional to O2 O transformation smoothly,how online retail companies can gain advantages in competition and survive in a new round of market competition.The core competitiveness is what we must think about.Whether the transformation of traditional retail enterprises or retail enterprises under the newly-developing Internet environment,attracting and retaining consumers,accurately grasping and enhancing their core competitiveness are the priorities of the company's development.This article starts with the core competitiveness of retail enterprises under the Internet environment,and sorts out the characteristics of retail enterprises' core competitiveness under the Internet environment,and builds a scientific evaluation index system,including resource strength,innovation strength,marketing ability,supply chain logistics capability and customer service ability 5 first-level indicators,22 second-level indicators of the core competitiveness evaluation index system.Through the questionnaire,This article uses analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,analyzing the core competitiveness of representative S company,obtains the result of the strong core competitiveness of S company.Through testing evaluation system and on the basis of S company,finally puts forward the feasible suggestion of improving the core competitiveness of retail enterprises under Internet environment.
