Research On Comprehensive Evaluation Of Core Competence Of Internet Enterprises

In recent years,there exists a rapid progress in Internet technology in China.The groups and fields of the Internet are more and more wide,which greatly promotes the development of Internet companies.It can be foreseen that Internet industry will not only become one of the leading industries in China in the future,but also vigorously promote the upgrading of the information level of other industries in China.With the deepening of globalization,Internet companies in China will also face strong international competitors.Therefore,it is of great significance to enhance the core competitiveness of Internet companies.In order to take targeted measures to enhance the core competitiveness,Internet companies must be clear about their location and internal and external environment.At present,the researches of Internet companies mainly focus on market value,which lacks effective methods to evaluate their core competitiveness.Therefore,in this paper,the comprehensive evaluation of the core competence of Internet companies will help to better understand the development level of Internet companies.On the basis of accurate positioning,the relevant strategies to enhance core competitiveness will be implemented.First of all,this paper analyzes the background and significance of the core competence of Internet enterprises,the literature on the core competitiveness of enterprises and their evaluation at home and abroad are also been studied.This paper introduces the definition of core competitiveness of enterprises and makes comparison with related concepts so that the difference between them are cleared.The formation process of the core competitiveness of Internet companies and common evaluation methods are also expounded.On the basis of definition and development characteristics of Internet enterprises,the related factors that affect the core competence of Internet enterprises are analyzed.According to the design principle of the evaluation index system,the evaluation index system of the core competence of Internet enterprises is established,and the quantification methods of each index are determined.In this paper,AHP and TOPSIS are utilized together to evaluate the core competence of Internet companies.Here,the AHP method is employed to weight each index and TOPSIS method is used to obtained the evaluation results of the core competence of each Internet enterprise,so as to achieve a scientific evaluation result.By selecting five Internet companies for a case study,it verifies the feasibility and accuracy of the evaluation model.Finally,according to the evaluation results,the corresponding strategies for Internet companies to enhance their core competence are put forward.
