Research On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Accurate Poverty Alleviation In Ethnic Areas

Since the 19 th CPC National Congress,the leaders of the Party and the country have attached great importance to the important role of the poverty alleviation work in the overall layout of China's development and put the development of poverty alleviation to the prominent position of ruling the country,because in the next few years it will be difficult for China's poverty alleviation.Being important also means that our country will face even more arduous tasks and will be more difficult.Whether or not the poverty-stricken population as a whole can get rid of poverty in 2020 will be closely related to whether all the poor counties will be able to pick caps and whether China can fully build a well-off society and achieve its first century of struggle.The main contents of this paper are as follows: First,the background,conceptual connotation and main content of accurate poverty alleviation,and the accurate poverty alleviation in ethnic areas are important measures for achieving a full-scale well-to-do society and the proper meaning of socialism with Chinese characteristics in a new era.It is of great significance for the unity and common prosperity of all ethnic groups.Second,the Basic Plight of Accurate Poverty Alleviation in Tianzhu Tibetan Autonomous County,and its Experiences in Accurate Poverty Alleviation: Accurate Discrimination is the Basis of Accurate Poverty Alleviation;Relocation of Poverty Alleviation is an Effective Way for Accurate Poverty Alleviation;Production Poverty Alleviation is Accurate Poverty Alleviation Fundamentally,loans to help eliminate poverty help improve poverty alleviation;Party construction provides strong organizational guarantees for precision poverty alleviation;education is a solid foundation project;and social security is a multi-dimensional project to explore from multiple dimensions.Third,problems existing in the process of identification of precision poverty alleviation work in Tianzhu Tibetan Autonomous County,existing problems in support work,and analysis of causes.Fourth,to further promote the countermeasures for accurate poverty alleviation in ethnic areas,from cadres in villages,social organizations,the poverty-stricken households,and other aspects of poverty alleviation;from working mechanisms,poverty alleviation mechanisms,poverty alleviation mechanisms,ecological protection,housing,education,medical care,etc.Preferential policies and other poverty alleviation mechanisms;a series of countermeasures have been proposed in the areas of modernization of agriculture and animal husbandry,development of pillar industries,integration of local poverty alleviation and ex situ relocation,further improvement of infrastructure construction,and strengthening of poverty alleviation funds.This study takes the Tianzhu Tibetan Autonomous County of Gansu Province as an example to study the status quo of precision poverty alleviation practices in ethnic minority areas and the countermeasures and suggestions.It is hoped that the conclusions can provide reference for the accurate poverty alleviation in other ethnic regions in China.
