Internet technology breaks the obstacles of time and space,and makes the enterprise enter the open era.The original business model has been broken,it promotes the transformation of production mode from product centered to user centered,the product R&D system and organizational structure of SMEs are facing transformation crisis.Network environment brings severe challenges to the development of enterprises,but also provides more opportunities.With the "Internet plus" gradually deepening development of enterprises,SMEs have limited R&D ability,begin to seek external innovation channels,crowdsourcing mode provides an effective breakthrough for them.The crowdsourcing mode can grasp users' needs on the one hand,and on the other hand,it can integrate all kinds of high-quality resources.The crowdsourcing community is equivalent to the external dynamic organization of the enterprise,but there is no perfect management mechanism for the users in the community.It can not keep the users well,and can not integrate the contribution of the users well,which leads to the low efficiency of the small and medium-sized enterprises(SME)to adopt the crowdsourcing,which reduces the enthusiasm of the crowd.Improving corporate innovation performance under crowdsourcing mode is the key to sustainable development of crowdsourcing innovation market,therefore,clarify the function mechanism of crowdsourcing mode in the operation of SMEs,the key point of this paper is to analyze the factors that affect the operation result.On the basis of the literature review and combing of open innovation theory,relationship network theory,service quality theory,innovation performance and dynamic ability theory,this paper makes a deep study on the concept and dimension of crowdsourcing model,relationship quality,crowdsourcing quality and dynamic ability,and discusses the enterprise innovation performance under the view angle of the relationship,a theoretical model of the influence of crowdsourcing quality as intermediary variable and dynamic capability as a moderator is established to study the impact of crowdsourcing innovation performance.Based on the sample of SMEs on third party platform,the research data are collected in the way of field interview and questionnaire survey,and the sample data obtained by SPSS 22 and Smart PLS 3 software are statistically analyzed and the research hypothesis is tested.The following conclusions are obtained through empirical analysis:(1)Relationship quality and crowdsourcing quality have a direct positive impact on corporate crowdsourcing innovation performance;(2)Crowdsourcing quality has a completely mediated effect in the process of relationship quality and enterprise innovation performance;(3)Dynamic capability has positive moderating effect in the process of relationship quality,crowdsourcing quality and innovation performance.
