Social enterprise is a business or a social organization that operates in a commercial way,aiming at sustainable solutions to specific social problems.Social enterprise in overcoming traditional nonprofits resources dependence,respond to explore the needs of the social responsibility of enterprises and to participate in the government under the background of social governance,build business models to solve social problems,become the important carrier of the social management innovation.The development of social enterprises under the dual goals of business and society requires innovative business models to create new ways for the sustainable development of public welfare organizations and public welfare undertakings.Innovative and mature business model will certainly help social enterprises to solve social problems in a large-scale and systematic way.At present,most social enterprises in our country are still in the initial stage and development stage,and there is no stable business model,and the theoretical guidance is urgently needed.This paper analyzes the typical cases of two social enterprises CFPA and FIRST RESPOND,including the business model,the social value creation mode and the social innovation model,which can provide references for the development of different types of social enterprises.It is necessary to uphold social objective,integrate government,market and social resources,integrate government,market and social resource,strengthen and continuously deepen and reform business model,and use resource superiority to promote social value creation and social innovation so as to promote that optimization and evolution of the business model of social enterprises.
