From last century Internet becomes one of the greatest product and brings big impact to people's work and life.At the meantime it also pushes for the human civilization.And when we come to 21 century,as the 3G technology development,and also the mobile devices like iPhone,iPad etc.developed so fast that the Mobile-Internet has been greatly developed for years.Big data is one of the hottest topics which were discussed in recent years and it became one of the makeable characteristic for the mobile-internet time.The big data concept now means the structured data,the non-structured data and the semi-structured data.Meanwhile it also means the source of the data is numerous,all the mobile devices will generate data,the size of the data is huge.Because of all the changes,people also change the way how they organize,manage and utilize data.This result a lot of changes in business,even the business model changed.Especially the data service,people rely on data to do the business analysis and important business decisions,this require for the high accuracy,intelligent and real-time data support,and this also become the biggest challenge for the data service providers.Base on the reality that B-Innovation Company is a start-up company focusing on the big data industry;this paper analyzed the whole process from internet to mobile internet,and summarized some rules for the internet development and also some rules for the data service.Meantime this paper also base on the “Niche Theory” did a lot of analysis for the marketing-positioning for B-Innovation Company,trying to find out the right market position for its data service.Also this paper use Collaborative Innovation theory to do the analysis for the strategy of B-Innovation Company on technology,marketing and organization structure trying to build the continuable competitive edge.Conclusion as below:As the start-up high-tech company,Niche Market and related Niche strategy is the key for its marketing strategy.For internal management,the start-up companies need to take the innovative way and start from its management structure using the Collaborative Innovation theory to collaborate for its management structure optimization,technical skill upgrading and marketing expanding.Only in this way the new business model can be established and the continuable competitive edge can be established.
