Due to the continuous improvement in the macroeconomic situation, the emergence of China’s real estate prices rose too fast, excessive investment in the real estate industry and small and medium enterprises continue to bankruptcy and other issues. In this case, the private real estate enterprises will face more severe competition, and the state of the real estate market, market-oriented reforms, private real estate enterprises are facing a huge challenge. In summary, the new era of private real estate companies to maintain the vitality of sustainable development in the new situation, to maintain and develop its core competencies, is worthy of our study.In this paper, private real estate enterprise’s core competitiveness as the research object, private real estate enterprise’s core competitiveness of literature research, management science, economics and other macro and micro methods. First introduces the research background and significance of private real estate enterprise’s core competitiveness, elaborated on the current research; followed by the introduction of private real estate companies and other general industries and enterprises, state-owned real estate companies similarities and differences, thus summed up the company’s own private estate features; describes the existing core competence evaluation methods, combined with private real estate enterprise’s core competitiveness of dimensional analysis, constructed the index system suitable for private real estate enterprise’s core competitiveness evaluation; select four private real estate companies to evaluate and verify the empirical analysis of objective evaluation system rationality by entropy method-TOPSIS; Finally, based on empirical results analysis, the development of private real estate enterprise’s core competitiveness of existing problems and give development path analysis. |
