On November 22,2015,promulgated by the state council general office of the state council on accelerating the development of consumer services for upgrading the consumption structure of guidance "(countries do hair[2015]no.85),points out that great significance to speed up the development of consumer services,is an important way to promote growth power conversion,quality upgrade efficiency of the important measures to realize the economic,the important means of ensuring and improving people's livelihood.At home and abroad about the research content more focused on the problem of domestic industry,the legal rights,the enterprise business model,economic relations,and other fields,for the domestic industry management countermeasure research is less.Therefore,from the perspective of the development of the government and social policy,using the equilibrium of supply and demand theory and the theory of government intervention to study the problems existing in the domestic industry and the reasons,and puts forward some improvement opinions and Suggestions,will be conducive to the healthy development of the domestic industry also has a certain subject research significance.This article follows the idea of "what-why-how".Firstly,the background and significance of the research are explained,and the current research situation at home and abroad is summarized and reviewed.Then,the research structure and methods of the paper are expounded,and relevant concepts and theoretical basis are clarified.That is,to clarify the starting point of research,the tools used and research ideas.Secondly,the article explains the development of domestic service industry in hubei province,mainly elaborates the supply and demand situation of domestic service and management countermeasure in hubei province--what is it?Thirdly,this paper analyzes the problems and causes of the imbalance between supply and demand in the development of household management industry in hubei province--why,and summarizes the problems and causes in management.Finally,the paper puts forward the management countermeasure of homemaking industry to expand the effective supply of homemaking service in this province.In order to make the results more pertinence and practicability,this paper takes hubei province 120 housekeepers,10 domestic companies and three residential area as the research object,adopts the method of questionnaire,interview and so on,by use of EXCEL and SPSS statistical software for survey data for statistical analysis.According to the statistical results concluded that at present domestic industry of hubei province industry guide imbalance,lack of training and recommend employment,and the problem of insufficient protection of the rights and interests of all parties,and points out the possible causes of the problem is:to the deficiency of industry organization,government regulation,performance appraisal deviation and domestic service consciousness.According to the problems and cause analysis,combining the theory of government intervention,and put forward to strengthen industry group,reshape the industry benchmark,strengthening the administrative supervision,optimizing the performance appraisal,perfecting laws and regulations,the introduction of community management and establish a default mechanism improvement Suggestions.The innovation of this paper is a new research Angle of view,in the full understanding of supply and demand equilibrium theory and the theory of government intervention,on the basis of finding the cause of the imbalance between supply and demand of domestic industry of hubei province and the sticking point,use of the supply side structural reform ideas and related theories,put forward to expand domestic service effective supply and promote the healthy development of the domestic industry management countermeasures and Suggestions.The disadvantage is that the ability to use theory to analyze and solve problems needs to be strengthened.
