Analysis On The Influence Of Patent Quality Under Government's Science And Technology Policy

In recent years,most local governments issued some patent-related science and technology policies,which have greatly increased the number of patent applications in these regions,as well as the number of low-quality patents.Therefore,there are many improvements and adjustments given in the prior patent policies researches.This present research systematically analyzes the theory of the patent quality and the patent value,and clarifies the principle of science and technology policy.The factors affecting patent quality in each stage are discussed to select reasonable patent-quality-assessment-indicators,which are used to analyze the changes in the patent quality of Suzhou Industrial Park in recent years adopting data analysis and comparative analysis.Combined with the development of the patent policy in Suzhou Industrial Park in recent years,influence analysis on patent policy and patent quality has conducted.The research of the science and technology policy of the Suzhou Industrial Park has great practical significance for patent science and technology policies.
