Research On Public-Private Partnerships Model's Application Of A Municipal Engineering Project

With the promoting of New Urbanization,both the need of the quantity and quality of municipal engineering project are increasing.Facing the increasing capital investment demand and local government financial pressure,it's necessary for solving this problem to adopt Public-Private Partnerships model in municipal engineering project.Adopting Public-Private Partnership model in municipal engineering project,it helps to improve the efficiency of the supply of public goods,to transform the government functions,to solve the local debt problem and the reform of the administrative system.At the same time,we should notice that there are several problems in the process of Public-Private Partnerships model's application.Using literature research method,case analysis method and qualitative and quantitative method,this thesis elaborates the basic connotation,operation process and related risks of Public-Private Partnerships model based on the related theories of Public-Private Partnerships model.This thesis analyses the significance and feasibility of Public-Private Partnerships model in municipal engineering project's application from the theoretical angle.It also analyses the application of Public-Private Partnerships model in municipal engineering project taking the Changde Yuanjiang River Underwater Tunnel Public-Private Partnerships Project as an example and project company as the research subject from the practical angle.Changde Yuanjiang River Underwater Tunnel Public-Private Partnerships Project is called A municipal engineering project for short.According to estimation of this project's revenue and expenditure,this thesis make the financial and value evaluation for this project.After that,this thesis finds the problems of its application and gives suggestions from different aspects of this project itself and environment outside,hoping to make this project be done smoothly.
