And on the basis of Kirkpatrick four evaluation models, the dangerous goods training effect evaluation system is established. According to the index selection principles and steps of dangerous goods training effect evaluation system, through literature analysis, observation and expert consulting method choose the indexes of all levels,and to explain the meaning of each index, using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to weight distribution of various indicators, and then carries on the comprehensive evaluation by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Finally, determine the various indicators of evaluation methods.In this paper, the establishment of the dangerous goods training effect evaluation system made a tentative exploration, We hope that the system can promote the development oftraining of dangerous goods, so dangerous goods training can maximize its effect.
