In the era of knowledge economy,the market competition is more and more encouraging.How to improve the competitiveness in the market economy is a difficult problem that all kinds of enterprises in China need to solve.For enterprises,the development of talents is the key to improve competitiveness.Excellent talents can enable enterprises to remain competitive in the stimulating market competition.However,in the course of practice,many enterprises not only can not attract talents,but also have the phenomenon of brain drain.This shows that enterprises must not only attract talents but also have measures to retain talents,and this highlights the importance of incentives.Xiangtan Jiuhua Economic Construction Investment Co.,Ltd.was registered and established on November 6,2003 at the Xiangtan Industrial and Commercial Bureau.It is a state-owned wholly-owned holding company funded by the Xiangtan Economic Management Committee.In recent years,with the expansion of assets and the expansion of the business sector,the company's demand for talents has become more and more urgent,but at the same time,the company is facing the dilemma of brain drain.Therefore,how to attract and retain talents is a difficult problem that Xiangtan Jiuhua Economic Construction Investment Co.,Ltd.must think about at this stage.Based on the relevant theories of motivation,this paper synthesizes the methods of literature,combination of theory,questionnaire survey and field interview to investigate the current employee incentive mechanism of Xiangtan "Jiuhua"economic construction investment Co.,Ltd..Firstly,the paper analyzes the present situation of human resources and incentive mechanism of Xiangtan "Jiuhua"Economic Construction Investment Co.Ltd..Secondly,through questionnaire survey and random interview,this paper examines the existing problems and deficiencies of the incentive mechanism and their reasons.Thirdly,according to the existing problems,this paper designs the optimization of the incentive mechanism of Xiangtan"Jiuhua" economic construction investment Co.,Ltd.,and finally puts forward the guarantee measures for the operation of the incentive mechanism.The main conclusion of this paper is that the current situation of human resources management inXiangtan "Jiuhua" economic construction investment Co.,Ltd.is in the middle and upper level,and the employees are younger and more knowledgeable.However,there are also some problems in the incentive system,such as unscientific performance appraisal,unreasonable compensation mechanism,unreasonable post allocation and promotion mechanism,insufficient strength of enterprise culture construction,and low attention to staff training and self-development.According to this,this paper proposes that the incentive mechanism of Xiangtan "Jiuhua" economic construction investment Co.,Ltd.should be optimized from three aspects:the incentive mechanism for remuneration,the incentive for career development and the incentive for corporate culture.In addition,in order to ensure the smooth operation of employee incentive mechanism,this paper puts forward the operating guarantee measures of Xiangtan "Jiuhua" Economic Construction Investment Co.Ltd..
