In the creative economy,entrepreneurship will be outside of the natural resources,labor,capital and technology,the new intangible factors of production.For businesses,how to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff creative and working conditions are key to determining the success of the enterprise.Therefore,Fuxin novelty of the company for the study,design and strive to improve the work of its creative staff,and to explore the generality of the method,a more scientifically arranged creative employees work.Taking the hierarchy of needs theory,equity theory,motivation theory for the study based on the use of literature analysis,questionnaire and case studies,analyzes the main problems the company creative design staff management exist:Ignore creative differences staff requirements,less challenging job content,working time is too fixed,performance appraisal system is not perfect,the lack of appropriate incentives,lack of creative staff of career planning and training mechanisms.On this basis,points out the main factors creative design staff include:job content,job autonomy,working hours,job duties,and other aspects of personal achievement.Propose creative staff design company improved proposal:active flexible management design to go into work,detailed design work,the implementation of job rotation,optimization to design,optimize design and training design company culture.By Fuxin Xinyida creative research staff management mechanism,found creative enterprise workforce management issues are universal,creative design staff management is typical,therefore,research has promotional value.
