Research On The Supply-side Structural Reform Of Grain Production In Henan Province

Since reform and opening-up,our country attaches great importance to the agricultural development,constantly improve agricultural production capacity,better solve the insufficient total amount of grain production and grain low income of farmers,to achieve the sustained harmonious and stable development of agriculture and rural.Current our country agricultural development in the new stage,the main contradiction by insufficient total amount also become structural contradictions,the contradiction in supply side structural performance for agricultural products structure of supply and demand dislocation,the cost of production increase,excessive utilization of agricultural resources and other issues,must therefore be thorough to boost agricultural supply side structural reform,speed up the agriculture rural development new kinetic energy,constantly promote the construction of agricultural modernization.As the big province of grain production of henan province,has been the food production as the pinnacle of work related to agriculture,rural areas and farmers,and thus overall grain production capacity and the level of transformation of agricultural products processing,deepening rural reform,agricultural rural development situation is good.But the current henan province is faced with food inventory is high,the cost of production increase,the supply of agricultural products low systemefficiency,backward agricultural infrastructure,resources and environment pressure,reduce the farmers' income.In this paper,by analyzing the current situation of the development of core area of grain production in henan province and existing structural problems,based on the present situation of the agricultural development put forward the corresponding policy recommendations,the henan province can more smoothly deep structural reforms to boost food production supply side,optimize the structure of grain supply and agricultural resource allocation,improve the quality of agricultural efficiency and competitiveness.This article consists of six chapters.The first chapter analyzes the national and henan agricultural development and food production background,explain the necessity of supply side structural reform of grain production in henan province,at the same time,respectively,this paper summarizes the domestic and foreign research status quo of agricultural development and transformation of the mode of agricultural development;The second chapter elaborates the theoretical connotation of China's agricultural supply-side structural reform on the basis of marxist economic theory.The third chapter introduces the present situation of agricultural development in henan province and the development of core areas of food production through data analysis.The fourth chapter summarizes the preliminary exploration and practice of henan province in the process of advancing the structural reform of grainproduction supply side.The fifth chapter analyzes the outstanding problems in the process of grain production in henan province based on the status quo of grain production in chapter three.The sixth chapter puts forward some reasonable countermeasures and Suggestions according to the specific problems analyzed in the fifth chapter and the actual situation of grain production development in henan province.
