With the continuous development of the current society,organizations are faced with ever-changing environments and increasingly complex tasks,and the demands for organizations are increasingly high.Therefore,given the flexibility and efficiency of the team's work,the team is doing this kind of work.The method has become the key method for the organization to deal with dynamic environment and complex tasks.Adopting team management can effectively promote the organization's goal and make the organization successful.At the same time,the role of leadership is also highlighted.The team's operations and goals are also inseparable from the leadership of the team's performance.Only when the leadership is instructed to manage members in a proper way can the performance of the team be achieved.There are various ways of leadership.Research shows that transformational leadership is a type of leadership that is widely recognized,and that transformational leadership in the team has a strong predictive effect on team performance.Most of the previous studies focused on the direct effect of transformational leadership on team performance,and did not pay attention to the specific process.In order to further explore the relationship between the two,the study introduced knowledge sharing as a mediator variable.Knowledge sharing itself is a mutually beneficial process.Normally,people are self-interested.If there is no certain motivation and atmosphere,team members will have low understanding and willingness to share knowledge.Leadership plays a key role in the running of the team,and through its influence on team members can promote the team's knowledge sharing and turn it into a team's advantage.Based on past studies,this study draws on and designed survey scales of transformational leadership,knowledge sharing,and team performance and conducted questionnaire surveys.By using factor analysis,reliability validity analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis and other methods to analyze the data,the influence relationships among the various dimensions of transformational leadership,knowledge sharing dimensions,and team performance are discussed in order to further enrich and expand the three.Theoretical research on the relationship between,and provide targeted recommendations for improving team performance.The research conclusions show that: all dimensions of transformational leadership have a positive effect on all dimensions of knowledge sharing and team performance;the three dimensions of transformational leadership,which include the virtues of morality,vision,and charisma,have a significant positive impact on knowledge contribution.Modeling,vision incentives and personalized care have a significant positive impact on knowledge collection;knowledge sharing plays a partial intermediary role between the relationship between transformational leadership and team performance.This provides a reference for the adoption of the leader's management strategy.At the end of the article,this article gives suggestions for improving team performance and promoting knowledge sharing among team members,with a view to providing leaders with some management implications.However,due to various reasons,this article will inevitably have certain limitations.In this regard,the possible future research directions are proposed at the end of the article.
