Research On Rural Labor Training In Jiangxi Province Under The Background Of Supply-Side Reform

The supply side reform has become the focus of economic reform during the 13 th Five-Year.Supply side management emphasizes the promotion of economic growth by improving production capacity.The core of the supply side is to improve the total factor productivity and improve the production capacity.The purpose of the supply side reform is not only to deliver more money and work for the high-end consumer service industry.Power and technology,and we must completely release the resource elements of excess capacity.How to improve production capacity? The important point of supply side reform is to promote the quality of labor and improve the demographic structure of all industries.Jiangxi province is now a period of reform that calls for a big agricultural province to become a strong agricultural province,and the improvement of the farmers' labor and quality is the key.Thus,the training of the rural labor force in this area is particularly important.In the face of the actual situation in Jiangxi and the reform of the supply side structure to the rural labor force in Jiangxi Province,the higher requirements are put forward.The study tries to study the training situation of rural labor in the Jiangxi province of Tu Bu Town in Yongxiu province from the facts of Jiangxi province.According to the requirements of the reform of the supply side structure and the status of the rural labor training in the town of Tu Bu Town in Yongxiu,Jiangxi Province,the training system suitable for the rural labor force in Jiangxi province and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are studied.This article is composed of five parts.The first part mainly from the purpose and significance of the study,through the literature review to understand the domestic and foreign experts and scholars on the current status of rural labor training and research ideas and methods,important related concepts.The second part,through the relationship between the rural labor training and the supply side reform,includes two aspects: the requirements of the supply side reform to the training of rural labor force and the promotion of the rural labor training to accelerate the pace of agricultural supply side reform.The third part is to analyze the current situation of the rural labor training in Tu Bu town through the analysis of the questionnaire survey data of the Yongxiu County of Jiangxi Province,and analyze the causes of these problems.The fourth part draws lessons from the experience of rural labor training at home and abroad,and draws inspiration for Jiangxi rural labor training.The fifth part mainly aims at the countermeasures and suggestions of rural labor training in Jiangxi Province under the background of supply side reform.
