Study On The Restriction Factors And Countermeasures Of Mechanically-transplanted Double Rice In Jiangxi

In view of the low proportion of machine transplanting in Jiangxi,the present situation,limiting factors,typical models and effects were analyzed through questionnaires and field investigation,and corresponding countermeasures proposed.The results show that although double cropping rice is widely planted in Jiangxi Province,the proportion of machine transplanting is low with significant regional differences.The main factors affecting the machine transplanting of rice in Jiangxi can be divided into social factors and technical factors.The former include human factors,basic conditions of paddy fields,policy funds,land size,cost-effectiveness and so on.The results show that the younger a farmer is,the better he or she is educated,and the greater the scale of land management is,the higher the proportion of his or her using machine transplanting technology will be.Technical factors can be divided into breeding techniques and mechanical operating factors.Technical factors include seedlings raising technique,uneven seedling,poor quality of seedlings,diseases and pests,poor seedling packing,super-aging age,etc.And mechanical operating factors mean unevenly ploughed field,inexperienced transplanting machine operators,difficult machinery maintenance and poor machinery maintenance.The organization model of machine insertion in Jiangxi Province can be represented by such types as the cooperation between large agricultural cooperatives and large farms,the rural elite driven type,the rural collective lead type,the type established by industrial and commercial enterprises and cooperatives joint type;the service model can be split into trusteeship service,train service,bring land into the cooperative,order service,contracted service,and interregional service,which can maximize the economic benefits of the cooperative members.The countermeasures to promote the double season machine insertion in Jiangxi are as follows: strengthen the training and guidance of core technology of machine transplanting,establish a stable policy and financial support mechanism,innovative and expand the service model,build a demonstration area and publicize it,strengthen staff training,and strengthen supervision and management countermeasures to promote machine transplanting for double cropping rice in Jiangxi.
