Research On The Development Of Moderate Scale Management And Mechanization Of Agriculture In Zhejiang Province

On the basis of the macro and micro development survey data of the main body of agricultural management in Zhejiang Province,a study has carried out on the appropriate scale management and mechanization of agriculture in Zhejiang province by using qualitative analysis and quantitative measurement.Starting with the development status of agriculture and agricultural machinery in Zhejiang Province,the paper analyzed the operation mode and existing problems of the main main management of agriculture in the province,clarifies the necessity and measures of the appropriate scale management of agriculture,and constructs a mathematical model of moderate scale management by using the relationship between cost and income,and calculates the main body of different scale of operation in Zhejiang province.The scale of the appropriate operation and the best profit point were measured.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)By selecting farmers' professional cooperatives and family farms as the representative,the factors that restrict the moderate scale operation of agriculture at present were policy factors,employees' quality,social service level,agricultural finance and so on from the macro and micro two angles through data analysis,and the necessity of proper scale operation of agricultural land and agricultural machinery is expounded.This paper focuses on the different moderate scale operation models adopted by different business entities and regions in Zhejiang province.Finally,we compare the different modes of moderate operation from two perspectives: the economic benefits of households and the income of farmers.To provide theoretical support for the appropriate scale operation of agriculture in Zhejiang province.(2)From the angle of cost and income,this paper analyzes the factors that affect the moderate scale management,such as the level of social productivity,the degree of mechanization and the natural environment conditions,and then constructs the equilibrium point equation of the profit and loss point of moderate scale operation,and defines the economic indexes of the key economic indexes such as sales income,fixed cost and variable cost.And mathematical model construction.According to the existing production scale,the operators were divided into three sizes of "larger","medium" and "smaller",and the technical model and equipment allocation under each scale are defined.The mechanization level,operation efficiency,fuel quantity,manpower cost,land output and so on are calculated to provide data support for the quantitative calculation of moderate scale.(3)Two factors are fully considered in consideration of the maximum profitability and production resources.For a large scale mechanized production model,the appropriate scale is [42 hm2 and 85hm2],which is the best profit point at the scale of 50.40hm2.For the medium scale farm mechanization mode,its profit scale is [10 hm2,42hm2],and 41.19hm2 is the most appropriate scale under this mode.For the smaller field key link mechanization mode,its moderate scale is [1.28 Hm2,10 hm2],and the best profit point is 10 hm2.The research results have a certain practical reference value for the full utilization of agricultural resources,the scientific guidance of agriculture to moderate scale management,the further improvement of land output rate and agricultural production efficiency,and the cultivation and expansion of new agricultural management subjects.In the long run,moderate scale operation has far-reaching significance for the development of agricultural mechanization and the promotion of agricultural modernization.
