Analysis Of China's Agricultural Mechanization Process And Its Main Causes Since The Reforming And Opening Up

Agricultural mechanization is of great significance for promoting the technological change of agricultural production,as well as for promoting the technological progress of agricultural production and realizing the modernization of agricultural agriculture.China's agricultural mechanization,from the early days of the founding of China to the present,has gone through different stages of development,driven from mainly by the state dominance in the planned economy to mainly by market.Therefore,in the new historical starting point,reviewing and summarizing the developing course,sum up experience and laws of nearly 40 years after the reform and opening up,is of great significance for us to accurately grasp the China's future agricultural mechanization development localization and good opportunity,as well as speed up the modernization of agriculture in our country.On the basis of predecessors' research,innovation point of this article are as follows.Firstly,this article is fully combined with the history of reform and opening up and stand in the perspective of economic history,it makes a more systematic analysis of our country's agricultural mechanization development from the reform and opening-up.Secondly,it makes up for the lack of system analysis of the development of motivation.Thirdly,it makes up for the lack of system analysis of the effects of the traditional agricultural mechanization development subsidies policy changes.The first chapter briefly introduces the background,significance and innovation points of the topic,and summarizes the existing researches on the development stage,motivation and influencing factors of agricultural mechanization in China.The second chapter first evaluates the development stage of forefathers' research,then on the basis of this classification method,this article puts forward about the stage of development.Chapter three: process analysis,for every process,this article first analyzes the background of the development of the economy,then use some indicators which reflects the level of the mechanization to analyses the developmenttrend of each stage and its reason.Chapter four: analysis of its main motivation,this article mainly from the agricultural mechanization is necessary for our national economy's healthy and stable development,then the needs of coping with the agricultural labor force transfer and ensure our food security,finally the needs of realizing agricultural modernization.three aspects to analyze the main motivations of agricultural mechanization.Chapter five:influence factors and the empirical analysis,this paper analyses how some main factors affect agricultural mechanization,then through the empirical analysis to verify the results of qualitative analysis,whether is consistent with the real development situation.Then,the following conclusions are drawn.First,the farmers' per capita net income is in the land management mode with the farmers as the operating subject,and the farmers with the increase in income level are more inclined to replace the labor force with agricultural machinery.Second,the increasing agricultural labor transfer rate causes the relatively insufficiency of agricultural labor force and the development of agricultural stable and healthy development needs to be solved by developing agricultural mechanization.Thirdly,the larger the scale of land operation,the more farmers will use agricultural machinery instead of manpower for agricultural production.Fourthly,the subsidy policy under the traditional system has promoted the steady and healthy development of agricultural mechanization in our country at the beginning of reform and opening up.Fifth,beginning in 2004,issued a series of the central and local levels of agricultural machinery purchase subsidy policy can effectively reduce the cost of farmers to purchase of agricultural machinery,arouse the enthusiasm of farmers investment purchase of agricultural machinery.Finally,the following policy suggestions are put forward.First,China should continue to promote the improvement of farmers' net income level and ensure the smooth and effective transfer of agricultural labor force to non-agricultural industries.Second,China should support agricultural land legal compliance transfer and promote appropriate scale operation of agriculture.Third,China should try to maintain the continuity and stability of mechanization of agriculture subsidies,carefully adjusted to avoid or decrease fluctuations in the development of agricultural mechanizationdue to the leading effect of related policy changes.Fourth,China should comprehensively improve the level of subsidies to enable farmers to purchase agricultural machinery,and give priority subsidies to key links and weak links in the development of agricultural mechanization.
