Sunward Enterprise Vitality Evaluation Research

The enterprise is an organic living entity,and the vitality of the enterprise is embodied in the vitality of the enterprise.Enterprises want long-term development,we must pay attention to the vitality of the enterprise,through the focus on the vitality of the company's indicators and attention to improve the company's ability to innovate and debug the organizational structure of the enterprise.Based on the life cycle theory of enterprise vitality,this paper constructs an evaluation system using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),determines the weights of various indicators through experts' questionnaires and Yaahp software,and introduces the Shanhe intelligent cases for application analysis by combining fuzzy mathematics methods.The use of Shanhe Intelligent's2016 financial and non-financial indicators to evaluate the company's vitality.This article is divided into the following sections:The first part introduces the research method and background of this paper,and briefly lists the theories and researches made by scholars at home and abroad so far;The second part discusses in detail the theories of vitality,enterprisevitality,etc.,compares the similarities and differences between enterprise vitality and related concepts,and explains the importance and uniqueness of the meaning of the company;In the third part,the enterprise vitality evaluation index system was established through preliminary screening and re-screening of evaluation indicators and expert scoring method to determine the index weights;The fourth part adopts the AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and selects Shanhe Intelligence's 2016 annual data to evaluate its enterprise vigor and draws a conclusion that the company's vitality is strong.This conclusion is in line with Shanhe's intelligence as a national high-tech enterprise.The outstanding representative results are consistent;The fifth part summarizes the full text based on the comprehensive evaluation results of the enterprise's vitality,and makes an outlook for the future.This article lists previous researches on enterprise vitality,analyzes and compares the various theories,establishes a general enterprise vitality evaluation system based on the characteristics of the construction machinery manufacturing industry,and conducts a comprehensive evaluation on the company's vitality.The innovation of this paper lies in the establishment of a set of enterprise vitality evaluation index systems including survivability,growth,regenerative and other first-level indicators and 14 second-level indicators,which reflects thecharacteristics of the company in attaching importance to economic development while paying attention to development.Because the current domestic and foreign studies on the vitality of enterprises are not comprehensive enough,there are many opinions about the standards of enterprise vitality evaluation,and there are too many indicators that can be used when they are actually operated,and the results formed under the interaction are quite complicated.Therefore,this paper selects a few on the basis of predecessors.There are representative indicators,but it is inevitable that they are not objective enough and not comprehensive enough.
