In recent years,the economy of our country has experienced rapid growth.One of the keys to a company's financial management is its control over its cash flow,which can be one of the ways to maximize its value.Real estate enterprises themselves have the characteristics of heavy capital and long development cycle and are greatly influenced by the macro-control policies.Due to their high input-output and complicated operation,real estate enterprises have a higher capital chain risk and correspondingly require It has a stronger financial management capabilities.This article attempts to study the company's business model as a point of departure,on the basis of clarifying the theory of cash flow management and business model,researching the relationship between cash flow management and business model,analyzing the long-term cash of real estate company from the perspective of business model Traffic management and its sustainable development.In this paper,China's leading real estate enterprises in China Resources Land as a case study,the business model and the cash holdings have a greater relationship between the different business models of cash requirements are different,China Resources Land Group rely on resources to strictly control the cost of capital,Cash holdings below average.Based on the research of CR Land and cash flow management,this paper finds that the choice of company's business model can affect the cash flow of the company,and the company can think about cash flow management from the perspective of business model. |
