Study On The Construction Of Supervision Mode Of Plural Subjects In Green Manufacturing In China

Resource exhaustion and environmental pollution are serious problems facing the current manufacturing industry.They not only affect the development of the contemporary economy and the well-being of human beings,but also affect the future of the manufacturing industry and the sustainable development of all mankind.With the arrival of the global green wave,China has made green manufacturing one of the country's important strategies.In order to ensure the smooth and orderly development of green manufacturing,green manufacturing must be effectively supervised.However,there are certain problems in China's current regulatory model and it cannot be well adapted to the new situation of China's green manufacturing industry.Therefore,building a scientific,complete and systematic green manufacturing supervision model is the most important task of China's green manufacturing supervision.Based on this background,this paper analyzes the status quo of China's green manufacturing supervision model.By studying the influencing factors of China's green manufacturing supervision model,it proposes to construct a multi-subject supervision model for China's green manufacturing,and it is targeted to promote this model to effectively build policy recommendations,and to provides theoretical assistance for the construction of China's green manufacturing supervision model.This paper first analyzes the status quo of China's green manufacturing supervision model,and finds out the main problems existing in China's current green manufacturing supervision model.Specifically,the regulatory body is single,and the supervision method is outdated,the supervision department is set up irrationally,the coordination mechanism is missing,and relevant legislation Missing,imperfect legal system,etc.On this basis,the relevant interview materials for the influencing factors of China's green manufacturing supervision model were coded three times using grounded theory to extract eight influencing factors from the four levels of government,enterprises,the public,and non-governmental organizations: The related policies and regulations,the establishment of regulatory agencies,and government supervision capabilities;the level of green technology at the corporate level;the awareness of corporate green responsibility;public awareness of public participation,public green awareness,and NGO capabilities of non-governmental organization level.Inorder to verify the accuracy of the extracted influencing factors,this paper uses questionnaires to obtain valid data,and conducts empirical analysis through the structural equation model.Through verification,fitting,correcting,and interpreting the models,four green manufacturing supervision models are finally established.The key influencing factors are:relevant policies and regulations,corporate green responsibility awareness,public green awareness,and non-governmental organization capabilities.On this basis,it further proposes the construction of a multi-subject supervision model for green manufacturing in China,and overall design of the model's objectives,principles,subject composition,regulatory content and objects,and specific operational procedures.The establishment of the system,the concept of change and overseeing the construction of networks and other aspects have put forward specific safeguard measures to promote the construction of this model,which will provide an effective reference for China's green manufacturing supervision work.
