| Under the background of the "new normal" economic development strategy,optimizing the regional spatial structure,improving the path of regional economic development,and promoting regional coordinated development are the long-term strategic goals of China's economic development.Region is not an independent individual,but close contact with the adjacent region though capital,technology and information.If only considering the factors which restrict economic growth from the inner region,ignoring the spatial interaction between regional unit,this kind of situation may lead to some model to estimate deviation.This paper takes Heilongjiang Province as the research object,it is very important for expanding regional spatial development and stimulating regional economic restructuring of explore economic spatial structure,spatial distribution difference,and spatial economic spillover.Meanwhile,it is will promote economic balance development of Heilongjiang Province and the infusion new vitality into regional economic growth.Based on the study of domestic and foreign relevant literatures,this paper combine spatial analysis tool to each flag county of Heilongjiang are further explored.First of all,through the study of time evolution examine the changes in spatial structure of economic development in Heilongjiang province;Secondly,this paper from two aspects of global and local perspectives,through the Heilongjiang regional differentiation of economic development between exploratory space research;Finally,by using 1996-2015 panel data to construct the model and the spatial section model,introduction the new economic geography variable“market potential”,spatial variable and related control variables,differentiation of 13 union city economic development in Heilongjiang empirical research..Through ESDA and DEA analysis tool,this paper found that:(1)There are differences in the regional economic development in Heilongjiang Province and the phenomenon of agglomeration appear in some areas,it shows that the speed of economic development in the south is fast,but in the northwest and east is slow;(2)The global Moran index was positive from 1996 to 2015,it shows that high(low)areas of economic growth rate is adjacent to each other,has obvious positive spatial correlation in Heilongjiang Province;(3)Local areas spatial autocorrelation significant,high-high agglomeration areas in the southern,low-lowagglomeration areas in the northwestern and eastern;(4)Through panel model analysis,it is concluded that the impact of economic growth in adjacent and non-adjacent regions on economic development in the region has exceeded the impact of inputs such as labor and capital;apart from labor force inhibits economic growth,other explanatory variables play a positive role in promoting economic growth,this is in line with the actual situation of economic development in Heilongjiang province;(5)Through spatial cross-section model analysis,if only considering the impact of “market potential” on the economic development of the region,ignore the spatial correlation of other explanatory variables,will lead to the accuracy of the estimation results of each influence factor.The ascension of Heilongjiang economy high speed in recent years,but each county economic development gap is widening.So,the Heilongjiang regional economic spatial economic spillover to explore not only provide countermeasures and suggestions for the development of regional economy of Heilongjiang and help to enhance the comprehensive strength of the regional economy in Heilongjiang. |
