Study On The Route Selection Scheme About Heavy Cargo Of X Company In Vietnam

As an emerging developing country,Vietnam has been developing rapidly in recent years,and she is in the stage of leaping to a hot land for foreign investment.In recent years,Borrow the east wind of "One Belt And One Road",China has been engaging the Vietnamese market in infrastructure,energy construction,transportation and other industries.The core component of these projects are imported from other countries such as China,some of them is heavy,large volume and irregular,so to ensure the safety of the major pieces of cargoes transport,improving transportation efficiency is particularly critical.This thesis according to the actual situation of Vietnam,using the experience on transportation of heavy cargoes from China and Western countries,heavy cargoes transport mode to Vietnam research and optimization,make the optimization of transportation plan.This thesis discusses the basic characteristics of the heavy cargoes,the influence factors in Vietnam,using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),combined with heavy cargo transportation case of TT cement plant,analysis of the cargo transport program,and proposes the corresponding solution.This thesis mainly includes the following parts:(1)Overview of relevant theories on the design of heavy cargoes transportation schemes.The relevant theoretical concepts are introduced in this thesis.(2)Design and analysis of the candidate scheme for heavy cargoes transportation in Vietnam.This paper explains the demand analysis of X company's transportation of heavy cargoes in Vietnam,lists relevant schemes and analyzes the scheme.(3)Evaluation of the candidate schame for heavy cargoes transportation in Vietnam.The theory is used to analyze and evaluate the scheme.(4)Implementation of the candidate scheme for heavy cargoes transportation in Vietnan.Further analysis and summary of the scheme from the perspective of business plan.(5)Conclusion and prospect.The thesis proves the model has good practicability in the route selection of the heavy cargo transportation in Vietnam,and also has accumulated experience in the transportation of heavy cargoes in Vietnam.
