Research On The Funds Management Model Of Scientific Research Project In BIPT

The number of scientific research projects and amount of funds have been increasing in nearly a decade,especially in colleges and universities.In a sense,the management level of the research project funds is closely related to the operation of the project,the completion quality,the time of completion and the way of concluding.Accordingly,the current university staff needs to attach great importance to the optimization of the project funds management scheme,which ensures the efficient and reasonable utilization of the university project funds.Carding,inducing and sampling the existing research results are carried out in the paper.Beijing Institute of Petrochemical technology is taken as the main research object,and the problems in the application process,using process and settlement process are carded,compared and analyzed.At the same time,network technology and modern analysis and calculation method are used to analyze the research funds of BIPT and a certain department.A positive plan for the management of scientific research funds is put forward and a positive performance evaluation plan is set up.The concluding acceptance and audit work of scientific research projects should be better implemented.
