The Opportunity Identification And Resource Integration Of New Business Venture

In the information era,the Internet has built a new platform for entrepreneurs' entrepreneurial activities.Entrepreneurs are closely linked with the development of the Internet.How to identify entrepreneurial opportunities and integrate resource under the background of“Internet +” and "Mass entrepreneurship and innovation" has become the hot spot of study presently.The study has both theoretical significance and practical value.This paper is based on the study of Nongguiba,an Internet agriculture service platform in Taishun County of Wenzhou.The paper tries to find out that how entrepreneurs identify entrepreneurial and integrate resource combining with their own characteristics,cognitive preferences and practical situations under the background of "Internet +”.Through the exploition and analysis by Ground Theory of the case,study the influencing factors of opportunity identification and resource integration,and the relationship between the two factors.Nongguiba is a platform dedicated to providing integrated services for agricultural production,and a platform which can help farmers to solve four problems of high production cost,technical difficulties,fund shortage,sales difficulties in order to reduce the cost of production,the price of agricultural products,and provide safe agricultural products for consumers.This paper collect and arrange the relevant research literature on opportunity identification and resource integration theory by domestic and foreign scholars;information and videos related to the news reports of Nongguiba.Also have two in-depth interviews with Wufengzhou and the staff of Nongguiba.These secondary materials and primary interview materials had been integrated and finally used the research method of grounded theory to carry out in-depth analysis of the case.The paper discovers that opportunity identification are influenced by personality traits,previous entrepreneurial experience,entrepreneurial alertness,risk perception,and social networks.Opportunity identification is the foundation of the entire entrepreneurial process and also is the prerequisite of resource integration.The five factors that influence the Opportunity identification also affect the process of resource integration.Opportunity identification is the premise of resource integration.Entrepreneurs also use resource integrationto realize opportunity identification.This research can provide experience for the same type of new ventures.Provide reference and directive significance of opportunity identification and resource integration in the process of entrepreneurship for entrepreneurs and let others take fewer detours and improve the rates of entrepreneurial success.
