With the acceleration of globalization,the demand for products and consumers has become increasingly diverse and the competition among manufacturing enterprises is becoming more and more fierce.The market environment has also undergone revolutionary changes.That means the enterprise must respond quickly to the change of market demand and meet the market demand,which requires a production system with both efficiency and flexibility.Seru production system is widely used because of its high efficiency and flexibility,and has achieved remarkable success in many enterprises.Therefore,how to construct the seru production system,and then to optimize the scheduling and distribution are the necessary prerequisite for production.Firstly,the related theories of conveyor assembly line,line-seru conversion are introduced in detail,and the research status of seru production is further clarified.Secondly,comparing aplications of the conveyor assembly line production system and seru production system in the electronic assembly industry,and according to the multi-objective model proposed that seru does have a very good performance,and different modes of seru effect time and cost reduction unequally.Then,based on two different perspective of cross-trained workers and production process,considering how to construct the seru production system and optimize the scheduling and distribution,which established the theoretical model related to queuing theory and lot split,effective solution methods have been designed to analyse how to construct seru production system and optimize the scheduling and distribution,and explore the influence of lot split,product variety,cross-trained workers on seru production system.In this paper,through the comparison of conveyor assembly line production system and seru production system and research work based on cross-trained workers and production process,providing the theory and method for constructing seru production system and scheduling and distribution,then enhancing the feasibility of the implementation of seru production system.This paper has a certain theoretical value and practical significance.
