With the rapid development of automobile industry and technology,production division of labor,more and more process,and the coordination difficulties in the process,resulting in uneven production line,has caused the production cost to rise sharply.V company car air conditioning general assembly line balancing rate is usually only 60%~ 70%,in the industry is at a relatively poor level,so the company urgently demands to improve the balance rate of the assembly line.This paper selects A1 air conditioner U8 assembly line as the research object and collects the data by using the method of operation measurement.It is concluded that the balance rate of the production line is low,and the bottleneck process is urgently needed to improve.Element subdivision rearrangement by heuristic balancing algorithm to the work,then use the work in industrial engineering average method to make work process more average,line balancing rate from 65.8% to 86.0%,and shorten the production rhythm,improves the capacity of production line,annual economic benefit is estimated to reach 710000 RMB.Through research on U8 line balance to improve,process engineer and related personnel understand the IE methods and heuristic balancing algorithm in the practical application of the production line balance,established a company standards for V line balancing process improvement and other production line to the company or similar production enterprise production line balance study has certain reference value.This thesis choose V company A1 air conditioning assembly line as the research object,after knowledge the situation of U8 line,the proper measuring method was first determined...
