A Study On The Competitiveness Of International Engineering Contracting Enterprises In Domestic Oil And Petrochemical Industry

In recent years,the international engineering contracting market has shown a slow growth trend.Benefit from the "going out" development strategy,the contractors in the oil and petrochemical industry have made proud of the results.From The ENR Top 250 International Contractors ranking,we can see that the degree of internationalization of Chinese enterprises has been raised remarkably,but we still have a large gap Compared with the developed countries.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the competitiveness of international engineering contracting enterprises in domestic s oil and petrochemical industry.This paper systematically analyzes and evaluates the competitiveness of international engineering contracting enterprises in domestic oil and petrochemical industry.Firstly,it introduces the development process of international engineering contracting enterprises in oil and petrochemical industry in China,analyzes the present situation and existing problems of international engineering contracting enterprises,and points out the development opportunities in the future.Secondly,From the perspective of the factors influencing the competitiveness of international engineering contracting enterprises,we establish the evaluation index system of the competitiveness of international engineering contracting enterprises,and the Analytical Hierarchy Process was applied to construct the model and determine the weight of each evaluation index.then,select five companies which come from China and the United States,South Korea,Japanto conduct empirical research Finally,according to the research,the paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the competitiveness of international engineering contracting enterprises in domestic petrochemical industry:enhance the ability of strategic management,technological innovation ability,purchasing management ability,management ability,external environment level and corporate image force.
