| For a long time,commercial banks are the core forces of effective allocation of financial resources in China.In recent years,under the guidance of the China Banking Regulatory Commission,the major commercial banks have established their own performance evaluation system.According to the needs of business development,commercial banks have perfected the longitudinal integrated performance appraisal system from board of directors,senior managers to ordinary employees,effectively combined employee pay with performance appraisal system,and realized the conservatism and scientificity of financial institutions in the process of operation.However,the commercial banks shows a series of problems in the process of performance management gradually,especially for the customer manager at this level,most commercial banks can not effectively grasp the relationship with customer resources,financial product sales and other aspects in the performance appraisal of the staff.Commercial banks can not effectively inspire the vitality of customer managers,and it is more difficult to tap their potential,which has become a stumbling block to the performance appraisal system of the whole commercial banks.Based on the background,the thesis studies the performance appraisal system about the customer manager of the X Bank in Shanxi.By excavating the current situation of performance appraisal,we establish the optimization system and safeguard measures,aiming at improving the current bank's insufficiency to the customer manager level performance appraisal system,and promoting the improvement of X bank's comprehensive performance appraisal system from two aspects,horizontal and vertical.First,the thesis discusses the basic concepts and related theories of performance assessment.On the basis of the concept of performance and performance assessment,the thesis expounds the performance appraisal system,the content and the common performance evaluation methods.Sencond,this thesis analyzes the current situation and problems ofperformance appraisal of X bank's customer manager in Shanxi,and finds that there are many problems in X bank's performance appraisal,such as unscientific index setting,unreasonable selection of evaluation subjects,poor application of assessment results,etc.Third,the thesis puts forward specific strategies to optimize the performance appraisal system of Shanxi X bank customer manager,by setting up specific indicators of four levels of finance,market,management and growth,and carrying out the calculation of index weight,it puts forward the necessary operation methods.Finally,the implementation of the optimized performance assessment system from the organizational structure,management system,performance culture three levels to put forward specific implementation guarantee measures.The research of this thesis,the full realization of the adaptation,X bank account manager for multiple performance appraisal methods,which to promote the bank's business objectives,improve the level of human resources management of the bank,the actual value and significance of the bank and stimulate the staff's working enthusiasm and mining potential employees with high. |
