In recent years,in order to adapt to the rapid development of domestic economy and the fierce competition between domestic and foreign commercial banks,the state-owned banks of our country carry out the reform of the financial system,set up a new market oriented new operation mode,adopt the personal customer manager system,and take it as the main grab for the bank to improve the profit and maintain the competitive advantage.Therefore,it is particularly important to establish an effective performance appraisal system for individual customer managers.The effective performance evaluation system can actively improve the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of the personal customer manager,improve the overall level and quality of the high end customers in the service,increase the middle business income of the bank,and finally lay a solid foundation for the bank to achieve its strategic goal.Starting from the present situation at home and abroad,this paper makes a summary and analysis of the performance of personal customer manager from the actual situation of the Fuxin branch of China Construction Bank,the basic situation of the personal customer manager team and the post responsibility of the personal customer manager.According to the status of performance appraisal of individual customer manager,the satisfaction,rationality,periodicity and rationality of performance salary distribution are analyzed by questionnaire,and the problems in the original performance appraisal system are as follows:the proportion of assessment is not evenly distributed,and the post of individual customer manager is not clear,Salary distribution can not really mobilize the enthusiasm of the customer manager,and analyze the causes of the problem.In view of the above problems,the performance evaluation index is designed on the basis of employee Balanced Scorecard in four dimensions(key performance,work behavior,work attitude and competence)from the point of view of enterprise strategic goal.The weight of performance evaluation index is determined by analytic hierarchy process,and the weight of each part of the assessment index is set up respectively.Small,design the balance scorecard assessment form of individual customer manager,finally list the calculation method of performance appraisal,set up a new performance appraisal index system of personal customer manager,improve the selection of assessment methods and optimize the method of performance evaluation results,and encourage the personal customer manager Nuru through the establishment of a new system mechanism.In order to accomplish the goal of performance and promote the development of enterprise strategic objectives,the implementation,guarantee and expected evaluation of the assessment system are put forward,and the foundation for the Fuxin Construction Bank to be used as the individual customer manager of Liaoning provincial branch in 2018 is laid.
