Research On The Development Strategy Of GK Capital Management Co.,Ltd.

In recent years,China has persisted in exploring the development path of socialism with Chinese characteristics and made important breakthroughs in the reform and innovation of state-owned enterprises.In the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China held in October 2022,the deepening reform of state-owned enterprises was still proposed as an important measure to accelerate the optimization and structural adjustment of the state-owned economy.In this context,GK Capital Management Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as " GK Company "),as a provincial-level state-owned enterprise,has actively explored and continuously improved the market-oriented reform and innovation business system and mechanism of state-owned enterprises,and has achieved certain results.Taking GK company and its subordinate organizations as an example,this paper explores the development strategy system of market-oriented state-owned enterprises with supply chain finance,factoring,fund and digital economy as the core business,and improves the comprehensive quality of enterprises from the strategic level,so as to adapt to the rapid development of the market and the rapid change of the environment,inject vitality into the market and add momentum to the economic development in the province.Based on the research of domestic and foreign strategy related literature,this paper uses literature analysis method,case study method,investigation interview method and comparative analysis method to take GK company as the research case.Through the combing of its development status,it reveals that GK company has problems such as unclear development strategy,untimely update of management supporting measures,unclear main functions,and excessive volume of mixed reform subjects.Using PEST analysis,SWOT analysis,Porter ’s five-force model and other theoretical models,this paper analyzes the macro environment,industrial environment and internal environment of GK company in all dimensions,and then formulates a relevant diversified development strategy system suitable for GK company and matches specific measures to ensure the implementation effect of the strategy.On the basis of this research,the market-oriented reform of state-owned enterprises is prospected.This paper takes the new market-oriented state-owned investment enterprises as the research object.Under the background of the three-year action of state-owned enterprise reform,taking the opportunity of building a truly market-oriented state-owned system and mechanism,this paper studies the formulation process of the development strategy system,and makes an in-depth exploration on the basis of the original theory,so as to make the theory of strategic management more practical and more suitable for the contemporary economic system.At the same time,through the analysis of the target company,this paper explores the innovative development strategy and supporting implementation control measures of state-owned enterprises starting from the reform,verifies the diversity and universality of the application of the strategic model,and also provides new ideas for state-owned enterprises to improve profitability,create sustainable competitive advantages and broaden the market.
