Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Poverty Alleviation In Fengdu County Of Chongqing City From The Perspective Of Precision

Since the The Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC,the Central Committee has lifted the poverty population out of poverty as a baseline task and a landmark index for building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way.Throughout the country started a war of poverty alleviation,which is unprecedented in scale and depth.To carry out poverty alleviation work is Chinese to explore their own objective laws of the road of poverty alleviation,but also to achieve the "two one hundred year plan" in the party and the people's needs,is contemporary people can not avoid the mission.Taking Fengdu county poverty alleviation in Chongqing as an example,this paper combines qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,empirical analysis and normative analysis,and draws general conclusions through analysis of typical cases.This paper mainly introduces China's poverty alleviation and development work,and poverty alleviation work specific content on the current specific stage,focus on Fengdu county poverty alleviation work in the current situation.Through repeated primary research,questionnaire survey,participate in all levels of seminars and other methods,the paper analyzes the problems exposed in the process of carrying out the work of poverty alleviation.And put forward the suggestions on these problems.Finally,by analyzing and summarizing,we can get the general conclusion of anti-poverty work.The main problems include Fengdu county poverty alleviation work: unemployment,industry and pathogenic factors,poor households vulnerable to the problem of poverty;accurate recognition accuracy is not enough,poor households the dependent mentality of "waiting for" " relying on" and "asking for" ?poor households and the non poverty household contradiction of poverty alleviation precise derivative problems;and team construction.And puts forward some thoughts and suggestions on Optimization of poverty alleviation work to solve the above problems: around the capital structure,improve the recognition accuracy;relying on the party construction,compressed transaction cost;centralized industrial development,ensure the stability of poverty;vigorously promote employment,expand the independence of medical care,out of poverty;poverty and accident prevention.At the same time,this article also puts forward the viewpoint of improving the accuracy of poverty identification accurately from the perspective of the capital structure of the poor.Conclusion: poverty alleviation work needs strong government leadership;must grasp the macro "three-in-one" overall pattern and micro precision poverty specific requirements;we must grasp the precise relationship between "point" and "surface" poverty alleviation poverty alleviation irrigation;must grasp the relationship between "material poverty" and "spirit poverty alleviation"...
