| Along with China’s economy coming to the new normal in recent years,new requirements are brought up for the agriculture production,development and peasants’ living standard.Meanwhile,urbanization and agricultural modernization are continuously promoting the organizational form of agricultural production.Favorable conditions are generating for raising peasants’ income.Against this background,rural land is playing a more important role.It is such a core factor of increasing peasants’ income,developing agriculture and improving life in the country.Based on this,various forms of exploration and practice targeting on the agriculture production organization and land circulation have been developed all over the country.As a new Rural Land System,Rural Land Share Cooperatives is invented to break the original Small-scale decentralized management and to meet the developing requirements of modern agriculture.This paper firstly uses present situation of Land share cooperatives in our country as a baseline,from the perspective of the rural labor differentiation,theoretically analysis how joining in land shares cooperation influences farmers’ income.Then combining with Property Rights Theory,Farmer Behavioral Theory and Economies of Scale Theory,the paper digs into the features on organization mechanism,operational mechanism and income distribution mechanism of the land shares cooperation.Besides,it is studied further how principal of land shares cooperation affect farmers’ income by doing investigation in cities like YiXing,KunShan,and SuQian in JiangSu Province.In total,197 farmer samples were collected and analyzed by difference-in-difference model(DID),which help to get factors on affecting farmers’ income and prove the favorable effect of the land shares cooperation on labor differentiation.At last,a policy suggestion is proposed,which is about keeping Land Shares Cooperation healthily developed and farmers’ interests protected.Taken all together,generally speaking,buying shares in the land management right benefits the circulation of rural land and the modern agriculture.Land shares cooperatives all over the country enrich the rural cooperative economic organization forms,reduce the cost among land management circulation and increase farmers’ income.Thus,the management of rural land circulation system helps to optimize rural labor resources,expand farmer income channels,and improve rural family income structure.It also helps to realize that every fanner family can earn assets,hold shares and get interests.And it helps to push forward the progress of integration of city and country.To be specific,this paper’s main points are summarized as follows:1)There are three main forms of land shares cooperatives in JiangSu and they all have different impacts on farmers’ income:"Shares in loan" type is only a media in the land circulation,while "Independent operation" type and "Direct leased land" can help farmers get secondary dividends.2)Land shares cooperatives have important impacts on clarity of rural land property rights,implementing balance of land assets right and interests,and accelerating the labor circulation.3)With the development of the land shares cooperative,the external economies of scale and the transfer effect of rural labor contributes to increase farmers’ income.At the same time,the link between shares cooperatives and specialized farmer cooperatives reduce the costs of production,improve farmer’ positions in a market negotiation,and increase the risk resistance capacity on agriculture,which eventually increase farmers’ income.4)The study also shows,for farmers,the current land shares cooperative not only has a great positive impact on incomes growth,it also has dramatically influence on labor differentiation.The appearance of land shares cooperative accelerates the labor differentiation quite a lot,which helps achieve the pareto improvement in the allocation of farm households resources,and then produce the positive role on raising farmers’ income. |
