Research On The Cost Control Of YK Project Of WD Company

With the real estate market structure changes and the reshuffle of the industry layout,and with the relevant state policy changes and intensive control,the current sales of many real estate companies have shown a downward trend,competition among enterprises also becomes more and more fierce,and also faces the dilemma of tight capital chain.Therefore,to maintain invincible in the competition,the key point is whether it they can provide customers with fast delivery,high quality cost-effective products which meets the needs of users.In order to obtain greater economic benefits,real estate enterprises must make efforts under their own management,and the key lies in the cost control management,so as to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.According to the real estate development project process,This paper takes the WD Group YK project as an example,summarizes the shortages and experience of the cost control by analyzing the status of the real estate project development of the enterprise,and puts forward the related improvement measures.This article firstly puts forward the theory of cost process in construction phase,introduces the concept and process of cost control,and puts forward the importance and key point of cost control in the design phase and construction phase of the real estate development.This paper studies the cost control during the construction of a certain project of WD Group by using the combination of directional and qualitative analysis and the comparative method.Based on the actual situation of the enterprise status,and the current real estate enterprises and the cost control in the pre-design stage and construction stage of real estate,Solutions and suggestions are provided.
