With the rapid development of the takeaway industry,due to logistics costs and other factors,customers under 30 yuan orders are gradually marginalized in the takeaway market.The boss of the Zhairensichu flash food shop,caught this opportunity in time,grabbed this segment of the customer base abandoned by takeout as its own target customers,and used the catering unmanned vending machine to meet their needs.The Dining UAV Service is a brand new industry separated from the take-out O2 O platform.With three years of experience and accumulated business resources in Dalian Baidu takeaway,The boss has invited to join the team from all professional fields to build the service of Zhairensichu flash food shop.From market positioning to site planning,from spot sales to uneaten retail standards,from software development to hardware upgrading,every job will face numerous difficulties and challenges.This paper uses case analysis,selects Zhairensichu flash food shop business model as the research object,uses business model nine elements model,makes a deep analysis of Zhairensichu flash food shop business model,and uses SWOT analysis,deconstructs every element of this business model,finds the root cause of the current dilemma,and puts forward some suggestions to amend the current business model,and puts forward some safeguard measures to guarantee the improvement of business model.The analysis shows that there are three main problems in the recent years,including hardware,location and sales,and the threat from competitors.Through the analysis of the nine elements of the Zairensichu,it is found that the root cause of the trouble is that the core resources derived from the private chef are not matched with the value proposition.In search of solutions,using SWOT results,the value propositions in the business model canvas are ploughed,customer segmentation,and income sources are adjusted,and four improvements are put forward.First of all,we make use of the advantages of software research and development,deep ploughing the customer value proposition,increase the source of income,then make full use of the advantages of the merchant resources,the diversity of the taste of the food products,the transformation of the competition crisis,and the full use of the resources and opportunities provided by the market,steadily and steadily,upgrade the software hardware,and finally seek cooperation and agency for the market.Four improved solutions are provided for other homogeneous competitors.The purpose of this paper is to provide the improvement and optimization of Zhairensichu flash food shop's business model,and to provide some reference for other homogeneous entrepreneurs.
