Study On The Financial Information Disclosure Of The China's Glorious Cause Foundation

Since The 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,one of the most important concerns of the party and the government is the poverty alleviation of the poor.The nineteen has also continued to focus on poverty alleviation.As a specific practice of the non-public sectors of the economy in helping the poor,the Glorious Cause has made a great contribution to China's poverty alleviation.As an important carrier of the Glorious Cause,the Glorious Cause Foundation has become more and more widely recognized and concerned by the society,and has become a force that can not be ignored in the cause of poverty alleviation in China.However,the quality of the financial information disclosure of the foundation is still not up to the needs of the public,and there are many problems.Through the investigation and analysis of the financial information disclosure of the 16 Glorious Cause Foundation,the paper finds that there are some problems such as untimely disclosure,low transparency,poor usefulness and difficult access to information.It also analyzes the root of the problems in the financial information disclosure of the Glorious Cause Foundation,that is,the relevant laws and regulations of financial information disclosure are not sound,the foundation of the foundation is insufficient and the external supervision system is weak,which leads to the frequent problems of the financial information disclosure of the Glorious Cause Foundation.In this paper,through the financial report from 2013 to 2017,the financial information disclosure of China Glorious Cause Foundation is comprehensively analyzed,and it is found that there are four financial information disclosure problems in China Glorious Cause Foundation.There are four suggestions for self building,establishing a comprehensive financial information disclosure supervision mode,improving relevant laws and regulations,and speeding up relevant theoretical research.In order to improve the financial information disclosure level of the Glorious Cause Foundation.
