Enterprise reorganization is an important trend of current economic development,is an important means and form for enterprises to optimize their structure and accelerate their development.It is also a strategic choice for enterprises to become bigger,stronger and better.The success of enterprise reorganization,to a large extent,depends on the success of the integration of enterprise culture.Cultural reshaping is a common choice between the company itself and the market development environment,and it is also the only way for enterprise reform and development.This paper takes KH Company,a heavy equipment manufacturing enterprise in southwest China,which has undergone two restructurings as an example.It uses historical analysis,questionnaire survey,comparative research,literature analysis,system analysis method and other research methods to analyze the history and corporate culture of KH company.The course conducts investigation and research,analyzes the cultural inadequacies of KH company in material,spiritual,institutional and behavioral,and finds out the root cause of the existing problems,and proposes feasible cultural reshaping strategies and steps.The article revolves around the development strategy of KH company "concentrating new KH,recasting KH soul",and proposes that reshaping culture should uphold the principle of "people-oriented",inheriting the past and starting from the future,learning from others,system operation,and focusing on leadership.It can reflect the history of KH,the characteristics of the industry,and the employees.The individualized features of the face form a closed cycle reshaping system of cultural diagnosis,cultural refinement,cultural propaganda,cultural intensification and cultural evaluation.From the three levels of spiritual culture,inst itutional culture,behavioral culture and material culture,it is three-dimensional and comprehensive.Reshaping the culture of KH company has provided positive cultural support and cultural promotion for the sustainable development of KH company.It provides practical and reliable theoretical guidance for further promoting the sustainable development of KH company,and provides useful reference and theoretical guidance for the corporate culture construction of state-owned equipment manufacturing enterprises.
