Research On The Driving Mechanism Of Border Tourism Development In Ruili City And Its Practice Path

Yunnan Province is China's radiation center for Southeast Asia and South Asia.Its border area is an important front window and gateway for the radiation centers and undertakes an important mission to develop and open the frontier ahead.Ruili is located in the western of Yunnan Province.Its southeast,southwest and south are all adjacent to Myanmar and its geographical position is superior.With the implementation of the construction of the key experimental zone for the development and opening up of the country,Ruili has been incorporated into the national strategic development plan and has taken the lead in developing and opening up.Carrying out border tourism of Ruili is an important practical content of the national development strategy,and it is also a realistic need for regional international tourism cooperation.In recent years,the development of border tourism in Ruili has been valued by all levels of government and made remarkable achievements.In order to better promote the development of border tourism in Ruili,the internal driving force and driving mechanism of its development should be clarified,aiming to provide theoretical guidance for the healthy and sustainable development of border tourism in Ruili,and provide a reference model for the development of border tourism,Thus promoting the rapid economic and social development of Ruili.With the support of the National Natural Science Foundation of China(41671147),based on the theories of system dynamics,tourism supply and demand theory and push-pull theory,and using the research methods such as field survey,AHP and Delphi.First of all,through research,this paper expounds the situation and problems of Ruili border tourism development.Then,taking the influencing factors of the border tourism development of Ruili as its core,this paper builds the dynamic system of its border tourism development and studies the driving mechanism of the development of the border tourism in Ruili.Finally,it puts forward the path and countermeasure of Ruili's driving mechanism for the development of border tourism.Through research,this article draws the following conclusions: First,through the investigation and research on the current situation of Ruili border tourismdevelopment,it is considered that the development of border tourism in Ruili is characterized by a single form of border tourism,insufficient attraction of tourism products,lagging conditions of tourism reception,poor tourism image,lack of stamina in building tourism brand and inadequate standardization of tourism market and other major issues;Second,the dynamic system of Ruili's border tourism development is a complex system composed of various elements that promote the development of its border tourism.The system includes four subsystems: thrust system,gravitational system,support system and intermediary system,and the mutual influence among the subsystems and the elements contained in each subsystem;Third,through a comprehensive evaluation of the dynamic system of the development of border tourism in Ruili,it is concluded that the comprehensive driving level of the development system of Ruili Border Tourism.The main reason that influences the level of its driving system is that the supporting systems and intermediary systems have certain gap with the relevant standards;Fourthly,by constructing the structural model of the driving mechanism of the development of Ruili border tourism,we think that the driving forces of this structural system form a comprehensive dynamic mechanism of the development of the border tourism in Ruili under the dynamic interaction of the stable operation rules.At the same time,the driving forces behind the development of Ruili border tourism are divided into dominant factors and auxiliary factors,and the two can be transformed into each other to form a variety of driving modes for the development of the Ruili border tourism under different background.It is proposed that the optimization of the drive mechanism for the development of border tourism in Ruili will be carried out in two aspects: the enrichment of constituent elements and the optimization of the drive mechanism structure;Fifthly,this paper puts forward the practice path of the driving mechanism of the development of the border tourism in Ruili from the aspects of expanding the border tourism market,developing the border tourism products,perfecting the basic and service facilities of the border tourism,optimizing the development environment of the border tourism and promoting the image of the border tourism.It is concluded that the countermeasures for Ruili to implement the driving mechanism for the development of border tourism include strengthening regional cooperation in tourism,striving for national policy support,integrating capital investment,enriching the talent pool and innovating institutional mechanisms.
