A Study On The Relocation Policy Of Vulnerable Poverty Alleviation In Ethnic Areas

The relocation of vulnerable poverty alleviation is an important measure for the government to implement the poverty alleviation.The implementation of the easy relocation of poverty alleviation can not only eliminate poverty,but also promote the restoration of the ecological environment,the progress of the society and the realization of common prosperity.At present,the relocation of vulnerable poverty alleviation in China still faces many problems and challenges,and the problem of returning to poverty still exists,especially in the minority areas.Therefore,this article collects the local government documents and consults some problems such as the implementation of the policy of helping the poor and relocation.Through the study of two cases in Guo Le Mu de town and Tanggula Hill Town,this paper makes a study on the policy of Golmud's easy to move poverty alleviation and relocation,analyzes the situation and effect of the implementation of the policy of easing the poverty alleviation and relocation,so as to provide some experience for other minority areas.The relocation policy of Golmud's easy to poverty alleviation has made great achievements.This paper makes a study on the situation of the relocation of two cases in Golmud and analyzes its achievements,and analyzes the three aspects of economic,social and ecological benefits,and evaluates its potential effects.The relocation of Golmud's easy poverty alleviation not only accelerates the pace of national unity and a well-off society,but also improves the comprehensive quality of the ethnic minorities,and is also conducive to the development of a new type of urbanization.But there are some problems,the biggest problem is the difficulty of capital.Finally,on the basis of the research results,the author put forward the experience that can be used for reference to the relocation of poverty alleviation in ethnic areas.Therefore,this article mainly focuses on the analysis of the situation and effect of the implementation of the relocation policy of Golmud's easy poverty alleviation and relocation,analyses the effect obtained and summarizes the places for reference,so as to provide experience for other ethnic regions.
