Research On The Adjustment Of Industrial Structure And Low Carbon Transformation In Jilin Province

Since the reform and opening up,the economy of Jilin province has developed rapidly and the scale of economic production has been expanding.However,while the economic development in Jilin Province has achieved remarkable results,the negative phenomena such as irrational industrial structure,severe waste of energy resources,and massive emission of greenhouse gases have emerged in an endless stream,which has seriously affect people's work and life.The emergence of "low-carbon" mode has attracted more and more attention from the international community,especially in Jilin province under the development mode of "low production and high consumption",which has become a necessity for low-carbon economy.This paper analyzes the change of energy consumption in Jilin Province from 2006 to 2015 by using logarithmic mean Divisia index method(LMDI),and explores the impact mechanism of energy consumption change in Jilin Province from four aspects of economic production scale,industrial structure,energy intensity,and energy consumption structure.Research shows that the effect of economic production scale is the decisive factor for the growth of energy consumption in Jilin Province,and the energy intensity effect plays a leading role in reducing the growth of energy consumption.Overall,the industrial structure weakens the growth of energy consumption,the industrial structure of Jilin Province has been adjusted,but adjustment is limited,the energy consumption structure contributes very little during the whole study period.Based on the new round of northeast revitalization and development strategy,the study predicts energy consumption changes in different industrial structure scenarios in Jilin Province from 2016 to 2025,and indicates the direction of industrial restructuring in Jilin Province,and it also shows the necessary of low-carbon transition in Jilin Province.Finally,according to the development status of Jilin Province,the countermeasures of industrial structure adjustment and low carbon transformation are put forward.
