The Assessing And Evaluation Research Of Land Reclamation Potential In Ganzhou District

In this paper,we selected Ganzhou District as the research object,based on depth investigation,analysis of the status quo of land use in the whole region,the status quo of social and economic development and the status of natural geography,with gis technology,using the comprehensive index method,expert scoring method,we have quantitatively estimated the region's comprehensive land remediation potential.And we always did the region's land remediation function zoning combined with the theory of geographical division.Our research shows that:(1)The potential for comprehensive land reclamation in the region is huge.Among them,the unutilized land has the greatest potential for development,the potential for improvement of agricultural land,the potential for rural land for construction purposes and land reclamation also have the potential to tap the potential.(2)In agricultural land improvement aspects:The whole area to be rehabilitated of agricultural land 96658.96hm~2,which can add agricultural land 11098.08hm~2,add quality potential 240833.62t,This can reach the average increase in cultivated land coefficient of11.12%;In rural construction land remediation aspects:The whole area to be remediation of rural construction land 7815.54hm~2,which can add agricultural land 4066.72hm~2,and it means the new effective land 2895.83hm~2.This can reach the average increase in cultivated land coefficient of 34.75%;In land reclamation area aspects:There are two land to be reclaimed in the whole area,located in Tuerba Beach and Pingyuanpu unit farms,with a total area of 389.57hm~2.The newly added cultivated land coefficients are respectively 73.04%and 69.83%,and the available effective cultivated land area is 233.35hm~2;In unused land development aspects:The region to be developed to determine the land area of about 93634.01hm~2,may increase the agricultural land area 27539.49hm~2,cultivated land 21676.89 hm~2.(3)According to the socio-economic development and natural geographical differentiation,the whole area can be divided into urban core radiation area,oasis core area,farmland demonstration area in the upper reaches of Heihe River,eastern forest farms,low-lying areas in the lower reaches of the Heihe River,semi-mountainous areas in the south,and ecological protection areas in the north A land remediation function area.Based on the above conclusion,the following suggestions for land remediation of Ganzhou District:four land use types of Ganzhou District,the unutilized land and improvement of agricultural land have great potential.Simultaneously,the potential for rural land for construction purposes and land reclamation also have the potential to tap the potential,so Ganzhou District should arrange land remediation projects,vigorously develop unused land,actively promote the finishing of existing farmland,timely carry out renovation of rural construction land,so as to revitalize the stock,mining potential.At the same time,we should establish a holistic concept and a long-term plan,in accordance with the maximization of benefits and scale spillover effects,the township features are integrated and the land remediation functional area is divided.
