Study On Influencing Factors Of Industrial Agglomeration In Inner Mongolia

As the foundation of the important support and development of the national economy,industry plays an indispensable role in promoting economic and social development,and its development has received more and more attention.However,the industrial layout of Inner Mongolia has changed significantly in recent years.The absolute geographical concentration and relative geographical concentration coexist,and the industrial specialization and industrial diversification coexist.The regional and industrial differences of industrial geography in Inner Mongolia are relatively large.From the regional distribution,mainly distributed in Baotou,Ordos and other regions.The traditional resource endowment factor plays an important role in promoting the geographical concentration of Inner Mongolia industrial industry,which causes the problem of "over-density" and "over-thinning" in the original industrial distribution.Because Inner Mongolia's energy,mineral resources and labor force are mainly concentrated in the central and western regions,industrial production capacity is more difficult to transition to the eastern region.Therefore,how to deal with the relationship between industrial agglomeration and regional coordinateddevelopment is an important problem to be solved urgently in Inner Mongolia.Especially in the context of deepening reform in China,the role of the government in the development of industrial agglomeration will be more prominent.Local governments should adopt industrial agglomeration as a new policy perspective,formulate industrial development strategies,accelerate industrial structure optimization and foster competitive advantages,so as to achieve leapfrog development.In this paper,on the basis of literature research,the research scope of industrial agglomeration and the meaning of industrial agglomeration,and lists the main index in the computing industry agglomeration,respectively from the specialization of industrial geographic concentration and the industrial area of the two Angle to study the industrial concentration.According to the specific condition of industrial development in Inner Mongolia,collected from Inner Mongolia industrial time series data from 1996 to 2016,using of Location Entropy,Location Concentration,Space Gini coefficient,Krugman index as the dependent variables,using human resources,economy of scale,knowledge spillover,transportation costs,the government policy as explained variables.Finally,according to the empirical research,and combined with the problems existing in Inner Mongolia industrial agglomeration,the reasons are analyzed and the countermeasures are put forward.
