With the rapid progress of China's urbanization process,the gap between rural pastoral areas and urban areas is growing.Poor people concentrated in rural areas.In particular,there are a number of poor farmers who live in remote rural areas,and their houses are dangerous,their living conditions cannot be improved for a long time.In 2008,our country began to implement the renovation of dilapidated rural houses.Pilot projects have been carried out in individual provinces and municipalities.Now,the policy has been extended to the whole country.And our country plans to complete the renovation of dilapidated buildings by the end of 2019.Wulanchabu has been implemented the policy of dilapidated buildings since 2009.Combining with the construction of new rural new pastoral areas and tackling poverty alleviation,our country invest substantial resources,keeping exploring new ways to transform dilapidated buildings in rural pastoral areas,It has led to a concentrated and effective investment in infrastructure and public service construction,and greatly improved the living conditions of poor farmers and herdsmen,The appearance of rural pastoral areas has changed greatly.As The project has many aspects,long lines and need amount of money,there are also a series of problems in the implementation process.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the renovation of dilapidated buildings in rural pastoral areas.This paper takes the problem of the renovation of dilapidated houses in Wulanchabu as an example,Seriously analyze the causes,combining with the actual situation of economic and social development of Wulanchabu,give some suggestions for further improvement.
