Research On Policy Implementation Of Renovation Of Dilapidated Rural Houses In Longju Town,Dongying District

The renovation of dilapidated houses in rural areas of Shandong Province focuses on improving people's livelihood and promoting economic growth,aiming at promoting the integrated development of urban and rural areas,and accelerating the construction of a new socialist countryside.However,due to the first large-scale subsidy policy for rural housing in China,there are few experiences can be used for reference during the renovation of dilapidated houses in rural areas,and there are inevitably many factors affecting its implementation effect in the process of renovation.This paper starts from the reality of rebuilding dilapidated houses in Longju Town,Dongying District,Dongying Cityt,this paper studies the problems existing in the implementation of the policy of renovating dilapidated rural houses and discusses the practical countermeasures,feasible countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward for the next step of rural housing construction and renovation policy.This paper uses literature and investigation research method,systems analysis,in-depth interview method,meanwhle visite the poor households in dilapidated housing renovation that can understand their attitudes and expectations towards the national renovation policy,collect a lot of dangerous house data,fully grasp the progress of the dangerous house renovation and existing problems,such as the policy formulation and implementation cannot be coordinated as a whole,the guarantee measures for policy implementation are not perfect,the preparation funds for thetransformation of rural dilapidated houses are insufficient,the policy publicity and mobilization are insufficient,etc.Aiming at these problems,this paper starts from the actual policy of renovation of dilapidated rural houses in Longju Town,Dongying District,and draws lessons from the experience of renovation in other areas,puts forward some countermeasures,such as setting up the executive organization scientifically,perfecting the management mechanism,enriching the human resources,improving the quality of the executive personnel,exploring the channels of raising funds,enriching the reconstruction funds,strengthening the publicity and guidance,and strengthening the consciousness of the renovation of dilapidated buildings.
