With the rapid national economic development, auto industry development has acquired rapid growth, the size of automobile market is expanding continuously.At the end of2011, the total cars ownership in China has close to100million, in total over3million end-of-life vehicles, but it is facing the challenge of a large number of energy consumption and environmental pollution. For objective of energy saving and emission reducing, carrying out recycling of end-of-life vehicles vigorously has been sustainable development of automotive industry. However, such problems as the backward recovery technology and the disordered management system still occur uncommonly in China. How to use circular economy as direction, unfolding suggestions study to highten the recycling rate will be of great significance.In the first place, this paper has elaborated on the status of recycling scrap cars at home and abroad based on the policy, technical, market and etc.,At the same time, the problems of scrapped automobiles recycling in China are put forward targetedly. Then, it has forecasted and analyzed the quantity, output value and profit of end-of-life,delta and possession vehicles in China from2012to2016in order to grasp the development trends in future. On the basis of understanding the status and trends, on the one hand, this paper will research in governments,colleges and enterprises in-depth, on the other hand, listen to the suggestions and comments of managers, experts, scholars and technical personnel. Thus,lag in policy, weak perform and etc affecting end-of-life vehicles recycling are summarized. After that, for the recycling of main factors on our scrapped automobiles affect questionnaire, it will use yaahp software of AHP to calculate the various factors that sorting and analysing. Finally, implementing extended producer responsibility, strengthening supervision and management, improving recycling technology and etc. are put forward thoughtfully according to the analysis results. The suggestions can help governments formulate relevant policies, can also help companies open up their new markets.
