China's financial services IT industry has developed rapidly in recent years.Mobile payment has almost changed people's daily lives.The use of mobile payment terminals can be seen anywhere we need to pay,and the market is expanding so rapidly.As a result,the related industries have been blowout.At the same time,under the stimulus of China's favorable economic policies,China's financial services IT industry has not only been extensively developed in China,but also gradually leading the world in terms of scale and technology.Therefore,financial services IT enterprises are springing up.However,with the increasingly fierce competition in the industry,the market share is gradually saturated,and more and more enterprises appear bottlenecks in their development.In order to gain a place in this urgent situation,the company must comprehensively enhance the overall strength itself.The strength of the enterprise depends entirely on the comprehensive quality of its employees.Therefore,how to quickly and stably improve the personal ability and comprehensive quality of employees has become the attention focus of many human resources management departments.Dalian RYAT Information Technology Co.,Ltd.was established in 2015(hereinafter referred to as RYAT Company),its headquarters is located in Northeast China Financial Center-Dalian,and it's a financial services IT company that focuses on financial intelligence terminal design,mobile payment,quickly payment,O2 O financial services and other businesses.The company has been in fierce market competition since its inception.Through the nearly three years of development,the company has begun to take shape,and own reliable partners and strong long-term customers.But the biggest characteristic of the financial services IT industry is the rapid development of related technologies and ideas.If the company's employees fail to grasp the cutting-edge technologies and core concepts in time,the company's competitiveness in the industry will be compromised and gradually eliminated fromthe industry.The current RYAT Company is experiencing a decline in the overall ability of its employees.The severe problem is that its employees can't match the new market and project.Although the company has launched trainings for relative employees,but the result is not good.This article will start with the typical case of employee training failure that RYAT Company experienced.By using advanced human resource management theory and method,this article helps RYAT Company to find out the root cause of employee training failure,and work out a set of scientific employee training optimization scheme combined with RYAT company's own situation,to enhance the effect of RYAT staff training,and gradually improve the comprehensive quality and working ability of employees,so that RYAT company can keep an invincible position in the fierce competition in the industry.The staff training has gained more and more attention from enterprises,because both the recruitment and outsourcing are more expensive than training to enhance the ability of the employees.So the effective staff training can not only save the cost of human resources,but also that it can help build the core competitiveness of enterprise,and create more economic value for the enterprise.The research results of this article can not only solve the current problems of RYAT Company staff training,but also can provide help and support to other peer companies to solve similar problems.
