Staff training and development is an important basic work in the management of modern human resources,in a way,without this basic work,the truly modern human resource management will be impossible,the real first-class talent team will not be established.With knowledge productivity appears day by day and economic globalization continues to deepen, the competition between enterprises is further from the traditional resources, such as capital, equipment, technology to human resources. High quality talent become the most competitive enterprise resource, therefore, to increase the staff training efforts become the important and imperative work of the enterprises.A business is only to establish an effective mechanism to improve the training effect, staff training and development work can be truly effective, and the effect of the modern human resource management can be truly reflected. To give full play to the positive role of training for businesses, enterprises must firmly establish the concept of modern training, while also the implementation of scientific management training and positive innovation.This paper researches the staff training management situation of Shihezi marketing company of China National Petroleum Ltd(hereinafter referred to as the Shihezi sales company of China Petroleum), to start from the staff training management model of the Shihezi sales company of China Petroleum, according to the sophisticated staff training management theory, combined with the actual situation of the Shihezi sales company of China Petroleum, mainly adopting a variety of research methods,such as interviews,literature method,survey method,questionnaire survey method and comparative analysis method. Through research on the staff training management system, the system construction soundness, the normative of employee training management process,the practical ways and means of training,the improvement of the training courses of the Shihezi sales company, found the main question of the staff training management,and analysis of the main reasons what the problem exists,the staff training management status and issues of the have an accurate diagnosis and localization, and made its management strategies and employee training recommendations.Under the new situation, the employee training management system implemented by the Shihezi sales company adapts to the needs of the market and the times need, to build a sound management system is an effective solution for the company to break the bottleneck, the research for the paper is similar to the similar problems that companies face in the development,it has a good significance and reference value.
