Development is the first priority,talent is the first resource,and innovation is the first driving force.Innovation is the key to strength and talent is the key to innovation.Faced with the current macro environment of reform and innovation,talent is an important resource for enterprise development.In order to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,realize the transformation of new and old kinetic energy,and take the road of innovation-driven,enterprises need to adjust human resources strategy according to their own conditions,continuously improve the comprehensive quality of employees through training,enhance the innovation ability and core competitiveness of enterprises,and then improve the economic benefits of enterprises,and realize the scientific development and sustainable development of enterprises.This paper studies the problems existing in H company training,and practices human resource training theory in water industry and state-owned enterprises,providing reference and theoretical support for relevant industry training.Starting from the theory of human resources training,starting from the current situation of H company's staff training,through interviews,observations,questionnaires and other forms,this paper analyzes and explores the problems existing in H company's staff training,and puts forward targeted improvement measures.This research adopts many research methods,such as literature research,interview,observation,questionnaire questionnaire,and so on.According to the three steps of "discovering problems-analyzing problems-solving problems",taking H company employees as the research object,the following research results are obtained:(1)There are many problems in H company's staff training,such as ideas,guidance and incentives,training positioning,systematization,effectiveness,training teachers and so on.There are some limitations and shortcomings in the current training situation.(2)In view of the existing problems in H company's staff training,this paper explores the specific reasons for their existence,and draws lessons from advanced theories at home and abroad,puts forward specific measures and suggestions,mainly including renewing training ideas,establishing training guidance and incentive mechanism,understanding staff needs,setting up subjects scientifically,focusing on results transformation,improving work efficiency,innovating training methods and developing characteristics.Training,strengthening the construction of training teachers and other aspects.Combining theory with practice,this paper comprehensively considers the company's actual situation,geographical location,industry particularity and other factors,and puts forward rationalization suggestions in multiple measures and dimensions,which will point out the direction for the future staff training work of the company,and has certain reference significance for the staff training work of stateowned enterprises and water conservancy construction industry.There are 30 pictures,44 tables and 83 references in the paper.
