| With the implementation of the strategy " Made in China 2025 ",the entire Chinese manufacturing industry hopes to respond to the country’s call to achieve industrial transformation and upgrading by transforming the manufacturing industry and relying on innovation-driven transformation of new and old kinetic energy.As an emerging industry,laser cutting equipment has relatively high industry barriers.Although it started later than traditional equipment,it has become a leader in the transformation of new and old kinetic energy.As a non-leading enterprise of laser cutting equipment,X Company faces objective reasons such as the upgrade of domestic consumption,changes in customer needs,increased industry homogeneity,and relatively backward project management level.For non-standard laser automation orders,X Company adopts the gate management model,Unable to meet the shortening of customer lead time,the variability of customer needs and market requirements.Based on the current situation of X Company’s gate management,this thesis analyzes its problems and causes in project requirements management,project quality management,project progress control and project meeting system.The improvement measures of project management in non-standard laser automation orders are proposed,Introduce the Scrum framework to the project design stage,project production stage,and project debugging stage,set up a Scrum agile team,build Scrum artifacts,and introduce a Scrum meeting system to form an agile project management process that conforms to the actual situation of Company X,and automatically feed materials.In the laser pipe cutting machine project,the agile management of the Scrum framework was piloted,targeted improvement measures were implemented,and the implementation effect and analysis and evaluation of the agile management based on the Scrum framework were fed back.This thesis innovatively introduces Scrum framework agile project management into the non-standard equipment project of equipment manufacturing industry,and implements it on a trial basis in the non-standard laser automation order project of X company and realizes the improvement of project demand management,quality management,progress control ability,and team communication.The level and development efficiency have improved product quality,shortened the project delivery cycle,and improved customer satisfaction and company competitiveness.This paper provides a new attempt in non-standard equipment manufacturing project management,expands the application scenarios of agile management and Scrum framework,and also provides experience and reference value for the exploration of agile project management in the manufacturing industry. |
